We’re looking for a confident and capable Executive Assistant to support the Executive General Manager, Retail, in a leading organisation within the liquor industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-moving, customer-led business that values its people and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy executive calendar, inbox, and travel schedule with precision
  • Prepare polished meeting documents, presentations, and internal communications
  • Coordinate internal meetings, events, and leadership forums
  • Process expenses and invoices, and maintain smooth admin operations
  • Be a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support new team members with onboarding and general office support
  • Assist the wider leadership team with meeting logistics and follow-ups

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ year's experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced setting
  • A warm, professional communication style with a proactive mindset
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High discretion, attention to detail, and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and adapt in a dynamic environment
