The Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Human Resources (HR) Administrator to join our collaborative team. In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll support the full employee life cycle by providing high quality administrative assistance to our People Leaders, Business Partners, and wider team. You’ll be the go-to person for a wide range of tasks, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and ensuring our people have the support they need to thrive.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll support the full employee life cycle by providing high quality administrative assistance to our People Leaders, Business Partners, and wider team. You’ll be the go-to person for a wide range of tasks, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and ensuring our people have the support they need to thrive.
Main Responsibilities Include
- Managing employee records and documentation, including onboarding, qualifications, and medicals
- Coordinating uniform orders, travel bookings, training activities, and P&C-related events
- Processing performance awards, probation reviews, referrals, promotion letters, and traffic infringements
- Supporting workers compensation administration and reporting, including liaising with insurers and processing related invoices
- Handling general P&C communications, internal structure updates, and responding to employee queries
