Your Mission

  • Provide pre- and post-sales support, installation, and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Undertake activities that will assist in the achievement of State sales targets or set KPI’s.
  • Provide support to Territory Managers with regard to field-based inspections and preventative maintenance of equipment (i.e. tray audits).
  • Participate in periodic business reviews within a Territory, providing performance verification evaluation reports, transactional and contracted service history, and in-servicing details.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade exhibitions, and workshops.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and attend to customer enquiries.
  • Coordinate inventory and stock management as required including the management of consignment warehouses where necessary.

Your Talents

  • a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, science, medicine, business or a related discipline highly desirable
  • minimum 2 years sales experience in medical devices and instrumentation highly desirable
  • the ability to understand and impart technical knowledge across a broad portfolio of products
  • excellent communication skills, being able to work with different personalities in a hospital/ theatre environment
  • strong commercial acumen and analytical ability
  • familiarity with hospital/surgical environments and Australian standards AS5369 will be highly regarded
  • a valid driver's license is essential
  • the ability to travel as required
