Your New Role
Reporting to the State Operations Manager – Digital Solutions Group, you will take a customer first approach and be the first point of contact for PCYC staff to access Digital Solutions group support systems and services. The primary focus of this role is to respond to customer inquiries, access users’ problems with information technology equipment and provide accessible solutions. This role works closely with other members of the Digital Solutions Group team to ensure that queries are logged, assessed and resolved within the given timeframes whilst providing exceptional levels of customer service. About You
- Demonstrated experience and commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service.
- Demonstrated experience in a service/help desk role supporting ICT hardware, software, networks and peripherals in an enterprise environment.
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and various Microsoft Office software products.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Current drivers license to travel to PCYC Youth Clubs as required, eligible to obtain RDA if required.
