2X exciting Permant Fulltime opportunity for Dental Assistant to work alongside a supportive clinical team.
About the Role
As a Dental Assistant at Grampians Health, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, team-based approach to dental care. In this role, you will support both our patients and the dental team, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients by delivering exceptional customer servic- e Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedure
- s Provide quality chairside assistance to Dentists during treatment
- s Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and uphold infection control standard
- s Maintain infection control procedures to ensure a safe and clean environmen
- t Manage patient care from check-in to the surgery, including recall managemen

Skills & Experience
Certificate III in Dental Assisting is desirable, or a willingness to obtain/currently studyin- g Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and the tea
- m Flexibility to work across multiple locations, including community projects and the main campu
- s Valid Driver’s Licence with a willingness to trave
- l Passionate about providing outstanding patient care and customer servic
- e Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to multitas
- k Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethi
- c Ability to build rapport with patients in a friendly, approachable manne
