Regulatory Change Management

  • Lead the identification, assessment, and implementation of regulatory and legislative changes impacting HESTA.
  • Develop, implement and oversee robust governance arrangements to ensure regulatory obligations are delivered with rigour and accountability.
  • Lead engagement with cross-functional and impacted business teams of new regulatory and legislative changes to assess impacts, define the scope of changes (people, processes, systems and reporting) and to ensure requirements of changes are satisfied.
  • Lead and chair HESTA’s internal Regulatory Change Forum.
  • Support with insights required to Board and Executive reporting for the Regulatory Change Program.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, align objectives, and ensure successful change implementation.
  • Influence at all levels to build understanding and commitment to regulatory outcomes.

Regulatory Change Leadership & Culture

  • Lead and inspire an engaging team, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion a strong risk culture and compliance mindset across the organisation.

What You Bring

You’re a passionate people leader with deep expertise across regulatory change, compliance and risk management within superannuation, financial services, or professional services.
