In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagements—identifying opportunities, presenting technical solutions, and supporting the sales cycle from initial conversation to long-term success.
This position is ideal for someone who understands the value of simulation, testing, or complex engineering solutions and is ready to take on a customer-facing, commercially focused role. You will play a key part in developing new business, nurturing key accounts, and helping customers solve critical challenges through our technology.

Main Responsabilities
- Understand Customer Needs & Propose Solutions Analyze customer requirements to recommend optimal real-time simulator configurations, and prepare tailored technical proposals with detailed commercial quotations.
- Manage Sales Processes Lead the entire sales cycle, including tender preparation, contract negotiation, and follow-ups, while ensuring alignment between customer goals and OPAL-RT offerings.
- Present & Demonstrate Value Deliver impactful technical presentations and on-site demonstrations that clearly showcase product capabilities and relevance to customer applications.
- Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with technical departments to maintain accurate sales documentation, support the Field Application Engineering (FAE) team, and ensure customer success.
- Engage with Customers & the Industry Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients at all levels, and represent OPAL-RT at customer meetings, trade shows, and international conferences.
- Share Market Intelligence Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or related
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience, including internships, in a technical support, pre-sales, or engineering role. Exposure to power systems, simulation, aerospace, or transportation sectors is a strong plus.
- Technical Comfort: Familiarity with tools like MATLAB/Simulink or RT-LAB & HYPERSIM is a bonus but not required—training will be provided. Familiar with EMT and RMS Simulation.
- Language Skills: Fluent English is essential. French is a plus.
