Lead the Future of Records & Data Governance at UniSuper!
Are you ready to shape how information is managed in one of Australia's leading super funds?

We're on the hunt for a Records Management Analyst to drive the evolution of our Records Management System-still in its early stages but full of potential. This is your chance to build, refine, and champion a system that ensures compliance, boosts efficiency, and supports enterprise-wide data governance.

What you'll do:

Records Management Leadership
Drive the development and maturity of UniSuper's Records Management System-ensuring it meets regulatory requirements for access, retention, and disposal. Lead process improvements, maintain policies and procedures, and coordinate with Legal and Technology teams to keep systems current and aligned.

Stakeholder Support & Collaboration
Support business units and data/record stewards in applying records procedures. Work closely with Data Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams to align records practices with broader data strategies and regulatory expectations.

Governance, Reporting & Awareness
Contribute to data governance initiatives, manage incidents, and support audits. Promote awareness through training and presentations, represent UniSuper to the system vendor, and deliver reporting on system performance and improvements.

What you bring:

  • At least 5 years in data management and at least 2+ years in Records Management Program
  • Strong governance or analysis experience based ideally in superannuation, financial services or other highly regulated industries.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • A sharp eye for detail and a pragmatic problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in superannuation, financial services, or other regulated industries
