About the Opportunity

As a key member of our national sales team, you’ll be on the frontline—building strong, ethical partnerships with healthcare professionals and hospital networks. You’ll manage and grow a high-performing territory, develop key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and execute tailored sales strategies that drive growth and meet margin objectives.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel within your territory, including both metro and regional areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a diverse customer base including key hospital and surgical accounts
• Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets
• Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding client needs and offering customised solutions
• Lead the implementation of inventory management solutions such as VMI/Imprest systems
• Maintain and execute detailed territory and strategic plans
• Stay current on clinical and product knowledge, attending trainings and industry events
• Support seamless product delivery, installation, and post-sales service
• Maintain accurate reporting on activity, expenses, and market intelligence

About You

Essential:

• Proven success in healthcare sales
• Experience managing a sales territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• HSC or equivalent; business qualifications
• Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business intelligence tools

Desirable:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a health-related field
• Strong background in sales and theater experience.
• Familiarity with the med-tech industry and healthcare procurement processes
