The Role
- Create well thought through, multi-channel design solutions for our experiences.
- Example outputs include; sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, visual and interaction designs as well as interactive prototypes.
- Conduct competitor analysis or heuristic reviews to feed into recommendations.
- Organise and coordinate insight and data gathering to support team priorities.
- Provide input into, and run, user research activities.
- Align to and help evolve a multi-brand design system to ensure scalability needs are met.
- Document designs & specification effectively so solutions are easy to follow and understand.
- Present work to business stakeholders, clearly articulating rationale behind design decisions.
- Work closely with Developers to ensure solutions are delivered on time, to specification and in line with stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate closely with UX specialists to clearly understand, define and solve experience problems.
- Build strong internal / external relationships to ensure our cross functional skillsets are effectively utilised.
- Monitor and share knowledge on emerging technologies, trends within UX and the gambling industry.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Knowledge in the practice of user centred design and design principles.
- Understanding of UX best-practice & accessibility guidelines.
- Understanding of UX tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Axure, Principal etc.).
- Experience delivering multi-brand, multi-product and / or multi-channel customer experiences.
- Worked with Design Systems, Style guides or Brand guidelines.
- Experience working with or running user research.
- Contributed to UX / Design workshops.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and working practises.
- Experience working with business stakeholders.
