An exciting opportunity is available for a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Systems Administrator to join a leading asset management team. This role reports to the Asset Management and Systems Manager and plays a key part in the administration and enhancement of the organisation’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Data Management Analytics Platform (DMAP).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the ongoing administration of the CMMS and DMAP systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and optimized.
- Perform analysis of data within CMMS and DMAP to identify trends in assets and maintenance performance. Maintain accurate data and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Assist in updating the CMMS, including system upgrades, and provide technical support to users.
- Provide training to users and offer ongoing support to ensure system efficiency and proper usage.
- Work closely with the Senior Maintenance Systems Advisor and Reliability Engineer to continuously improve operations and integrate CMMS and DMAP with other key systems such as GIS and BIM.
- Develop, implement, and ensure accurate reporting to assist with cost reductions, service improvements, and contractor management.
- Foster positive working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to meet operational objectives.
- Diploma in IT or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in systems administration, configuration, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python.
- Understanding of data architecture and system integration.
- Must have Maximo experience
- Familiarity with asset management in facilities or infrastructure environments. (Desirable)
- Knowledge of GIS or BIM applications in asset or maintenance delivery. (Desirable)
