Senior Business Analyst - Mining

This critical role supports operational decision-making by delivering robust financial analysis, reporting, and insight across a large-scale production environment.

Operating on a family-friendly DIDO roster, this position offers the balance of site engagement and corporate exposure, without the need for FIFO arrangements. The successful candidate will be instrumental in influencing business outcomes through data-driven insight and proactive stakeholder collaboration.

We are seeking an engaged and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the team. The role is a member of the Operations leadership team and reports into the Perth-based Commercial Mineral Sands Operations team. This position is offered on a Drive in Drive out (DIDO) basis, on a family-friendly roster. This means no airports, delays, or weekends away from your family and friends. Responsibilities of this role include:
* Engage with and support the Operational leadership team by providing commercial analysis, insights and recommendations to inform decision-making
* Ensure high-quality accounting, forecasting and management reporting for the Operations
* Gather, interpret and communicate production and financial information to influence business outcomes and drive value
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure commercial governance and compliance

To be successful for this role, you will have:
* The ability to build relationships, and communicate and collaborate with diverse teams towards common goals
* Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and a passion for problem solving
* Relevant experience in accounting, financial or commercial roles with exposure to the mining and resources industry
* Tertiary qualifications in accounting/finance - CA/CPA qualification desirable
