We are seeking an experienced and driven Digital Transformation Consultant to support the development of digital services business cases and proposals under the Strategic Asset Management Framework. This role involves strategic advisory, cross-sector engagement, and supporting ICT project delivery in a complex, multi-agency environment.

Key Skills:

• Proven success in leading ICT projects and driving digital transformation within complex environments.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with a track record of preparing complex, high-value ICT funding submissions.
• Strong financial management experience, including budgeting and oversight of capital ICT investments.
• In-depth understanding of digital governance, compliance, risk, and security in ICT project environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver detailed digital services business cases and Project Definition Plans aligned with strategic priorities.
• Engage with agencies, external partners, and key stakeholders to shape and support digital services strategy.
• Provide expert advice to executives, technology leaders, and project teams on digital reform and ICT investment opportunities.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across internal teams and external partners.
• Support the design and execution of digitally focused transformation initiatives that enable better service outcomes
