About the role
While the initial project will be located in Sydney CBD subsequent work will often be conducted at different sites around Sydney, and occasionally around New South Wales. When working at regional sites, travel will be arranged, and expenses paid for by the client.

Schedule/hours
This role starts on 10th June.

Work is ad-hoc in nature therefore, there are NO guaranteed hours after the initial engagement. Every effort will be made by this client to involve you in suitable projects and shifts.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide desktop support to our customer in Sydney
  • Will be part of the BAU desktop team based onsite, working under a team lead
  • Subsequent work will often be conducted at different sites around Sydney and occasionally around NSW. When working at regional sites, travel will be arranged, and expenses paid for by the client.
  • This is an ongoing position with Fujitsu. The initial contract will be 3 months with view to extend, pending performance.

Requirements
Mandatory:

  • Ability to commence with < 1 week’s notice
  • Full, clean Driver's License and your own vehicle.
  • Ability to travel to project sites
  • Must pass a police check prior to commencing

Required proven experience:

  • Previous experience working in an IT service desk role, in-house or customer facing
  • An interest or experience with technology, particularly in a Microsoft environment.
  • IT Qualifications/ Certifications (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong technical literacy
