The Y Australia Quality Assurance & Risk Manager Will Lead The Organisation's Efforts To Proactively Identify, Develop And Maintain The Structured Management The Organisation's Assurance Program And Risks. The Key Objectives Of The Position Are To Develop, Implement, Review And Continuously Improve The Y Australia

• Review, modernize and implementation of the Y Australia Assurance Model
• Monitor and track progress of implementation of internal audit action items.
• Risk culture and maturity for Y Australia;
• Monitoring & maintain risk management system and programs;
• Incident and Crisis Management arrangements.
  
  

The Quality Assurance & Risk Manager will be responsible for ensuring robust and integrated arrangements are in place across the Y Australia to manage risk, ensure effective and modern assurance management practices are established, implemented and embedded and with the overall aim of creating a thriving, high performing, sustainable and safe organisation.
