Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Workforce Strategist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to support the implementation of strategic initiatives, develop workforce management strategies, and collaborate with HR Business Partners. You will be instrumental in using data for workforce forecasts and tracking the success of workforce initiatives.
