The Role
As the Senior Manager ICT, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the strategic direction, daily operations, and continual advancement of Omni’s technology environment. Reporting directly to the General Manager Operations, you will be responsible for the delivery, security, and performance of ICT infrastructure across all corporate and functional divisions.
In this role, you will lead a high-performing ICT team, oversee major technology projects, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. You will also drive alignment between ICT initiatives and Omni’s broader business objectives, supporting digital transformation and fostering innovation throughout the organisation. - Plan, coordinate, and oversee ICT projects from initiation through to completion
- Develop and implement ICT policies aligned with strategic business goals
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of network systems, data management, and software applications
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation

You Will Have
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and 7–10 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience managing IT teams, projects, and infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as the Essential Eight
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and ICT governance

- Be an Australian Citizen
- Be eligible to hold and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and/or 7–10 years’ relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in IT management, system administration, or network administration
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud networks
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams and projects
- The ability to work from our Corporate Head Office in Barton, ACT
