We are currently looking for a Head of AU/NZ – E-commerce Marketing & Trading who will drive commercial performance, streamline operations, and represent the Australian business at the highest level within our global structure. As the senior leader in Australia, you will oversee local operations while aligning closely with Global Senior Management on international strategy. This pivotal role balances commercial growth, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the E-commerce Marketing & Trading strategy for Australia, delivering strong sales growth and increased market share.
  • Optimise on-site trading performance through data insights, analytics, and A/B testing.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns including Paid Social, SEO/SEM, Influencer, CRM, and PR, ensuring alignment with global brand direction.
  • Monitor local market trends and consumer behaviours to ensure ongoing competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with Global teams to tailor and execute promotional campaigns specifically designed for the Australian customer.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution across all functions.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and review processes to support efficient and compliant operations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Global stakeholders on logistics, vendor relationships, and supply chain strategies, ensuring robust local implementation.
  • Represent the Australian business in executive and cross-functional global discussions.
  • Champion local market needs and identify opportunities in global strategic discussions.
  • Deliver operational improvements to systems, team structures, and workflows, increasing efficiency and scalability.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture, setting high standards for execution and accountability.


What You Should Bring

  • Proven experience in E-commerce Marketing & Trading, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or digital-first businesses.
  • Strong track record in digital marketing, trading performance, and on-site optimisation.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian retail and e-commerce landscape, including customer expectations, commercial trends, and industry dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capability and commercial acumen.
  • Experience overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and commercial compliance in a fast-paced business.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in building and optimising high-performing teams.
