What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a team across event set-ups and service operations
- Ensure smooth execution of functions, adhering to event orders and client expectations
- Assist in coaching and training team members to uphold service standards
- Oversee room inspections, service quality, and event staging
- Uphold safety, health, and wellbeing protocols across all operations
- Strong customer focus with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic event requirements and resolve issues on the go
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Prior experience in leading a team is advantageous
- Full Australian working rights
- Responsible Service of Alcohol & Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with Micros and HACCP is a plus
