We are currently recruiting for two key leadership roles in our growing network:

Branch Supervisor Alice Springs

Perfect for an experienced truck tyre fitter ready to take the next step, this is a hands-on leadership role in a well-established regional operation. You'll be working side-by-side with one junior team member, while taking charge of daily operations, scheduling, and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform truck tyre fitting and mobile servicing.
• Supervise and train a junior team member.
• Manage daily job scheduling and mobile coordination.
• Oversee stock, service documentation, and workshop operations.
• Maintain safety standards and quality workmanship.
• Represent CTS professionally with clients and suppliers.
• What You'll Bring:
• Strong background in truck tyre fitting (OTR/truck experience desirable).
• Leadership potential or prior supervisory exposure.
• Ability to work independently and guide others.
• Current drivers licence.

Branch Manager Adelaide:

This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced team leader or current branch supervisor ready to take full ownership of a larger site. With 2-3 direct reports, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, performance management, client service delivery, and workflow across a busy metropolitan workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of tyre fitters and workshop staff.
• Coordinate branch operations including scheduling, customer service, and stock control.
• Implement and uphold health, safety, and compliance standards.
• Support the team with technical guidance and hands-on expertise.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure service excellence.
• Report on branch performance and contribute to business improvement.
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in the tyre or mechanical industry.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach comfortable supporting the team in the field.
• Understanding of operational metrics and workflow management.
• HR licence or OTR and Truck tyre experience highly regarded.
