This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer with a minimum of eight years post admission experience who is seeking direct client engagement, a supportive team environment and a broad range of work including:
- General commercial work
- Business /share acquisitions and sales
- PPSR
- Employment law
- Labour hire
- Commercial litigation including debt collection
To Be Considered For The Role, You Will
- have at least eight years post admission experience;
- have strong technical skills;
- experience drafting court documents
- enjoy working as part of a collaborative team;
- possess a positive attitude; and
- be highly organised and proactive.
