Account Manager – NSW & QLD
Based: Sydney, NSW (Preferably) or QLD.
Reports to: National Sales Manager

Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for sales and the Musical Instrument industry? Roland Corporation Australia is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our agile and experienced sales team, covering our NSW and QLD dealer network.
Though we are certainly looking for someone who enjoys the thrill of delivering sales budgets, this is more than simply a sales job—it’s a chance to connect with dealers, understand their unique needs, and help them grow their business by delivering innovative solutions and world-class products that inspire creativity.
What You'll Do
You'll be primarily out on the road, regularly visiting musical instrument dealers across NSW and QLD, understanding their business inside and out, and working closely with our internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to increase sales of Roland, BOSS, DW, PDP and V-Moda products across the region.

- Ensure current sales systems are running smoothly
- Identify and unlock sales growth opportunities within our current dealer network
- Onboard and develop relationships with new dealers
- Implement strategic sales programs in collaboration with the National Sales Manager

- A confident self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently while being an enthusiastic team player
- Driven by meeting and exceeding measurable sales goals
