About The Role
We’re seeking a technically switched-on Support Engineer who can take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, internal systems, and Microsoft Windows environments across desktop, server, and cloud platforms.
You'll also be a key player in our Helpdesk team—resolving issues, supporting users, and ensuring seamless service delivery across the business. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex problems, works well under pressure, and can confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About The Role
We’re seeking a technically switched-on Support Engineer who can take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, internal systems, and Microsoft Windows environments across desktop, server, and cloud platforms.
You'll also be a key player in our Helpdesk team—resolving issues, supporting users, and ensuring seamless service delivery across the business. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex problems, works well under pressure, and can confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Microsoft 365 ecosystem – Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender & more.
- Deploying and managing Microsoft Intune, Defender for Endpoint/Cloud, and Endpoint Central globally.
- Managing user lifecycle processes (onboarding/offboarding) in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Providing hands-on desktop and server support (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012–2022).
- Ensuring endpoint security compliance and investigating potential security incidents.
- Delivering Level 1 and 2 Helpdesk support, triaging tickets, and managing client communications.
- Escalating complex technical issues and collaborating with internal teams for resolution.
- Keeping accurate documentation of support requests, deployments, and hardware assets.
- Following internal IT protocols and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working closely with Account Managers to identify and resolve recurring client issues.
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
- Deep understanding of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
- Hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Entra Connect Sync.
- Proven ability to build and manage SOEs and deploy applications to endpoints.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Endpoint Central.
- Experience configuring and maintaining Microsoft Defender.
- Comfortable using ITSM platforms like Zendesk or Jira.
- Solid background in Helpdesk operations in a fast-paced team.
- Bonus points for experience with Azure or AWS platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities.
