Assistant Store Manager - rebel Merrylands

We're on the hunt for an energetic, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to join our high-performing rebel store in Merrylands NSW.

Whether you’re a seasoned retail pro or a leader from another fast-paced industry, if you’ve managed teams of 10+ and know how to drive performance while keeping customer service front and centre, we want you on our team. This isn’t a desk job , you’ll be on the floor, setting the pace, leading by example, and keeping your cool under pressure.

You’ll be joining a smaller store with an established, engaged team and a long-standing Store Manager who mentors, supports, and never micromanages. Think open, transparent, and all about teamwork, if that sounds like your kind of locker room, it’s time to suit up.

• Full-time permanent on-going role, based at Merrylands
• Rotating roster, shared with the Store Manager

As An Assistant Manager (known Internally As Customer Service Manager), You're Key In Supporting The Store Manager To Help Your Store Reach Its Full Sales Potential, Operate Smoothly, And Create a Positive, Engaging Work Environment. To Thrive Here, You Should Ideally Have

• Retail management experience
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
