Your New Role
In this role as Digital Platform Manger - Public Website, you will actively support the Digital Platform Owner - Public Website with the day-to-day management of the Aware Super public website, which is our largest "front door" for members, prospective members, employers, advisers, media, regulators and the government.
This is a hands-on role, and every day will bring different tasks and challenges. You will be working as part of a team of amazing digital functional specialists. You will champion the public website digital experience by engaging with different squads to create and deliver awareness, acquisition and retention activities. This will include the delivery of key features, functionality, digital optimisation, SEO, content design and content governance.
Some key responsibilities:
- Support the Platform Owner to deliver on the platform roadmap and strategic business initiatives
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations for the public website, including working with IT on the public website release process ensuring all new features and content have been successfully released to production with post release verification testing
- Drive the ongoing optimisation pipeline for the online join process with the Acquisition team
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills & experience:
- 7years+ experience in designing and delivering digital experiences with a strong focus on public facing websites
- Tertiary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
- 3years+ experience optimising digital acquisition journeys
- Solid content management experience (preferably Adobe Experience Manager) from creating new content pages to working with technology to ensure the website continues to function optimally
- Working knowledge of customer centric design processes (UX/ information architecture, etc), AB testing (Adobe Target) and analytics (both business and digital analytics)
- Be able to establish and grow strong relationships with internal business and technology stakeholders at all levels in the business
- Experience with agile processes leading the delivery of small/medium sized projects from requirements gathering, documentation, production release management and ongoing optimisation
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and keep across a variety of activities at various stages in the agile process
- Use analytics to track performance and drive data informed decisions that improve user experience (Adobe analytics experience is advantageous)
