Salary- $200,000 - $240,000 total package

The Responsibilities
- Participate in major tenders and assist in the development of winning strategies.
- Oversee all aspects of engineering delivery, including design planning, integration, and approval processes.
- Ensure all technical solutions align with project briefs, budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
- Provide leadership during tender and governance reviews, identifying technical risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support regional engineering teams by helping shape their strategies and ensuring consistency across the business.
- Champion advanced engineering practices and the adoption of innovative technologies to solve complex project challenges.
- Evaluate technical and design risks and implement mitigation measures as needed.
- Review and sign off on project plans, technical specifications, and ensure alignment with operational and financial objectives.
- 10+ years’ experience in engineering leadership roles — ideally within construction, delivery, or project management environments.
- Proven success delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of technical risk and experience developing effective mitigation strategies.
- Experience developing and executing both short- and long-term engineering strategies.
