IT Services Director

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join various Enterprise Solutions and Technology teams.

As an IT Services Director, in our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area, you will provide clarity, visibility and control across the enterprise technology landscape to support the effective and efficient use and delivery of technology services

As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic outcomes by conducting research, performing critical analysis and delivering high-level advice to senior executives and key business partners. You’ll communicate technical concepts with clarity, influencing technical teams, shaping project direction and aligning initiatives with boarder business objectives.

Additionally, you will monitor and report application performance and improve system operations by developing, maintaining and streamlining support procedures. You’ll guide and mentor your teams, ensuring they uphold the standards of excellence expected in a world-class service delivery organisation.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra or Melbourne CBD. A merit pool may be formed and used to fill future similar vacancies in these locations and other locations within the same metropolitan area.
