City: Chatswood, New South Wales
Contract type: Full time

You will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of web development and DevSecOps functions for all our platforms while fostering a high-performance, engaged and collaborative team.

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop team members, fostering engagement, career growth, and alignment with company values.
  • Establish effective communication and reporting practices to ensure transparency, accountability, and team collaboration.
  • Drive the development and adoption of engineering best practices, design standards, and DevSecOps processes.
  • Oversee project delivery schedules, track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely releases.
  • Collaborate across software, hardware, and DevOps teams to align on system architecture and integration.
  • Ensure technical decisions support long-term business goals and maintain alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet future delivery and growth targets.
  • Champion technical governance, including architecture reviews, risk assessments, and non-functional requirement standards.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives through retrospectives, performance metrics, and implementation of new practices.
  • Manage infrastructure costs, support high-level troubleshooting, and drive automation to improve team efficiency.
  • Facilitate key team ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, demos, and strategic planning sessions.
