About the Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Head of Service Operations, this role will be responsible for managing the spare parts inventory of all the internal service centres across ANZ, ensuring high level of fulfilment, management, and process control of the spare parts holdings. Achieve service level targets for service centre spare parts management whilst utilising business intelligence to forecast demand and optimise output.


Key duties include:

  • Be the key internal contract point for enquiries and ensure and improve all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately for internal service centres.
  • Complete regular audits, cycle counting, investigating stock discrepancies and stocktakes of internal service centres.
  • Set up and ensure put away, replenishment and order management are completed within service level agreements (SLA).
  • Manage the inventory to ensure pick faces and pick face replenishment is optimised.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for control of goods into and through the internal service centres.
  • Ability to analyse and managing spare parts inventories and processes across multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance with all appropriate and applicable WHS & Insurance/Risk policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Implement new systems and procedures with the aim to promote efficiency, productivity, and exceeding customer satisfaction.
  • Performing Ad-hoc duties as per requested by management team depending on that the incumbent possesses the required knowledge, skills and attitude.


Skills and experience required:

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in analysing usage patterns, failure rates, and demand forecasting based on historical data
  • Skilled in stock health management including cycle counting, discrepancy resolution through root cause analysis, and application of warehousing best practices
  • Experienced in inventory layout optimization and binning strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • High level of computer literacy, including recent hands-on experience with SAP (or similar ERP) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle and prioritise conflicting demands effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and achieve win-win outcomes with diverse stakeholders
