About Us: PeopleScout is looking for for a Retail Coordinator to join our team and help us attract, hire, and retain top talent.

Job Summary: The Recruitment Coordinator will support the HR department in coordinating the recruitment process from start to finish. This role involves administrative tasks, communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, rejection letters, and other recruitment-related documentation.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for potential hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining recruitment records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
