A fantastic opportunity for a Section Leader to join the Roads and Highways team in Queensland at Jacobs, and be part of our ANZ Roads and Highways leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual to make a significant impact in a client-focused role. This role offers the exciting challenge of thriving in a global setting. You'll encourage cross-geography relationships to maximize the benefits of global delivery for our clients and our people.

As a Section Leader, you will support the Director of Operations and provide inspirational leadership to your Section within the Australia and New Zealand Roads and Highways Performance Unit. Your primary focus will be on fostering strong client relationships, anticipating client needs, and ensuring our team delivers outstanding project outcomes. You will also inspire a positive collaborative culture where everyone in the team is inspired to bring their full selves to work, and make a significant contribution to the success of our business and the business of our clients.

You will provide visible, inspirational and consistent leadership and role modelling of Jacobs’ core values, fostering an inclusive and diverse culture across your section that embodies Jacobs’ Culture of Caring and prioritises the health and wellbeing of your people. You will support your Section to be engaged, resilient and adaptable, and inspire them to strive for innovation while maintaining outstanding project delivery, responsible and proactive commercial management, and making disciplined investment decisions.
