Delaware North Australia is hiring Cooks & Commis Chefs to join our team at Perth Airport. In this role, you'll prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our standards of excellence. - Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting
- Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
- Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Conduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance
- Display a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
- Solid background in kitchen operations
- Previous chef experience
- Level 3 Commercial Cookery (Commis Chef) or currently undertaking (Cook)
- Food Safety Certificate
- Willingness to learn under guidance from our senior chefs
- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
