Nonprofit Project Manager (Fixed Term)

Job Overview

The Project Manager plays a key role in planning, executing, and delivering Salesforce and other projects in our Nonprofit Industry Practice. They are responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within the budget, all while maintaining the highest standard of quality. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.

We Are Seeking a Mid-level Project Manager Who

• Has experience delivering projects using Agile PM, with the ability to adapt to different client environments
• Can follow and execute a predefined project delivery plan
• Has strong budget and scope management skills
• Is proactive in identifying and raising risks
• Communicates effectively with remote team members, particularly those based in the Philippines, with cultural awareness
• Has experience in or is aligned with the nonprofit sector, and understands its constraints and mission-driven nature
• Is fully involved in delivery — understands the solution, is aware of ticket-level work, and can contribute a point of view during client conversations (even if follow-up is needed)
• Ensures that the project cadence is run in accordance with the project governance structure.
• Is excellent at setting and managing client expectations clearly and consistently
• Is excellent at managing, assessing & actioning change requests in the project
  
  

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in delivering projects end to end, preferably within a nonprofit setting
• Demonstrated ability to manage clients through technology changes
• Project Management certifications - Agile PM Certification, Prince2 (preferably Practitioner Level)
• Salesforce certifications (Associate or Administrator)
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS office products
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia and hold a valid permit to work
