Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Manager support the Agency’s digital health reform agenda and contribute to building a future-focused operating model. Reporting directly to the Director of Change Management, you will lead large, complex programs and various smaller projects, enabling positive transformation and aligning efforts with organisational goals to deliver impactful outcomes.

Duties

• Providing strategic and day-to-day leadership of change management activities across programs and projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and fellow Change Managers to ensure organisational alignment, readiness, and coordination of change activities, while considering interdependencies and sequencing.
• Developing targeted change plans to embed changes, support benefit realisation, and drive sustained outcomes.
• Defining adoption metrics, tracking, and adapting plans to ensure successful implementation.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in disciplines such as Business, Communications, Change, Transformation, or Organisational Design (desirable).
• Certifications in change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI) are highly desirable.
