What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and delivering cadastral and engineering survey projects from field to final output
- Conducting fieldwork, calculations, data processing and project oversight
- Supporting the Survey Manager with planning, resourcing and staff mentoring
- Building positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contributing to a collaborative team culture that values growth and shared success
- Degree in spatial science and current registration with the QLD Surveyors Board
- Cadastral endorsement in Queensland (or ability to transfer from another state or NZ)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience across diverse surveying projects
- Strong project management, communication and mentoring skills
- Experience with Trimble instruments and 12D software highly regarded
- Enthusiastic, team-first approach with a passion for quality and outcomes
- Right to work in Australia (RPS does not offer sponsorship)
