We are looking for a results driven and people first Area Manager to lead across our diverse network of stores including Bonds, Bras N Things & Sheridan in Newcastle New South Wales.
This is a fixed term position until August 2026.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Area Manager role of a multi-branded retail group
- Lead, motivate and inspire your team across a number of stores to achieve budgets, KPIs and profit targets.
- Analyse reports to make innovative commercial decisions that drive your stores & manage controllable costs in line with budgets and guidelines to maximise profitability.
- Experience in driving a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop and provide feedback to your team to achieve goals.
- Outstanding multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to structure your days to support your teams.
- Spending time on the shop floor working alongside your team so you can lead from the front.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising and Stock Management standards are in line with company directives and standards.
- Ability to work from our *Kew/Pyrmont* office, one day per week to focus on admin, with the remaining days in store.
