With mentoring available toward Registration and even Cadastral Endorsement, this role offers genuine career development and the support to reach your professional goals.
We are ideally seeking someone based locally, but for the right person ready to relocate, a relocation package is on offer.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver end-to-end surveying services across infrastructure and development projects
- Manage fieldwork, calculations, data processing, and project communication
- Work closely with the Survey Manager and Team Leaders to support planning, mentoring, and technical delivery
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to RPS’s reputation for excellence
- Registered (or working toward registration) with the Surveyors Board of Queensland – Associate or Graduate level
- We are also keen to speak to you no matter stage you are at in your career
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a surveying role
- Proficiency with surveying equipment and software – experience with Trimble and 12D is highly regarded
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Willingness to mentor others and take on increased responsibility over time
- Current QLD manual driver’s licence
