What You'll Do
As a Client Liaison in Audit Support, you will play a crucial role in managing the firm's reputation by ensuring seamless operations that align with client requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing audit claim activities with merchandising and supplier teams, identifying audit opportunities, and building compelling business cases for service expansion. You will also manage client reporting, track project status, and address inquiries that arise in the course of business.
The ideal candidate for this Client Liaison - Audit Support role will bring a wealth of experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and understanding client needs. You should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, as well as a basic understanding of Oracle, SAP or other ERP systems. A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field along with 10 or more years of related experience is required. A background in Finance and/or Accounting is preferred.

What You'll Do
As a Client Liaison in Audit Support, you will play a crucial role in managing the firm's reputation by ensuring seamless operations that align with client requirements. - Build and cultivate professional client relationships.
- Understand service offerings across the company including existing and emerging value adds that complement core service offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with operations and IT managers.
- Receive and respond to internal and external client requests within established timelines.
- Work with internal stakeholders to provide suggestions for improvements to enhance the customer’s experience.
- Represent the Operations team on assigned client calls and speak knowledgeably about the client’s requirements regarding reporting and the status of accounts projects.
