About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Enteral Systems Account Manager to join a highly dynamic, successful, and motivated business unit covering Brisbane territory and NSW North. Reporting to the Enteral Systems Sales Manager, this role will require you to promote an enteral systems product portfolio into public and private hospitals. This portfolio consists of enteral nutrition pumps, pump consumables, enteral feeding tubes and enteral accessories.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of key and strategic customer relationships
  • Leading cross functional internal teams to configure complex and tailored customer service solutions
  • Negotiating commercial agreements with the customers
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to build strong customer relationships
  • Customer prospecting, including developing relationship management plans for strategic potential accounts
  • Maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data in Salesforce
  • Maintaining high level of operational compliance

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing sales for the Enteral Systems portfolio by developing major accounts, developing relationships, identifying opportunities, account management and continued expansion of our Enteral Systems portfolio within your territory.

This requires a hands-on approach across a wide area of accounts in multiple locations to achieve sales and profit targets within the INS portfolio.

We have a team approach to sales and support so you may be required to assist in other territories throughout Australia as required.

This role requires full knowledge of the enteral portfolio and its applications, along with a strong understanding of the customer's objectives and challenges.

The Freka enteral range of products from Fresenius Kabi has a long-established heritage and history of over 40 years and is the market leader in many Countries in Europe. This portfolio is being expanded in Australia and to support that expansion we are forming this new dedicated Enteral Systems team to help grow the brand and market share. What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant health related or business discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years enteral systems sales experience in the public and private hospital environment (enteral pumps and or enteral feeding tubes and accessories)
  • Proven track record of sales growth into the healthcare system and the ability to bring with you knowledge of your territory and market relating to enteral system products. Established relationships with KOL's in this therapy area is required.
  • A team player with strong leadership and management skills
  • Current Driver's Licence and the willingness to travel within your territory including some regional and interstate travel
