Key Responsibilities

Check Point’s Email Security is growing its successful security engineer team. We are looking for a Senior Email Security Engineer. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record Email Security and vast knowledge of security technology. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

• The incumbent would be responsible for Customer Onboarding and Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions to ensure customers understand and can effectively use the product or service.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and relay this information to the development team.
• Responsible for delivery of product demonstrations for MSP/MSSP prospects
• Responsible for running trial/evaluations of the platform
• Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events (e.g. conferences, Trade Shows, seminars)
• Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs/SOW
• Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
• Available for meetings supporting Partners Globally in all time-zones
• Able to travel when needed
  
  

Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Must be prepared for extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Degree Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years relevant experience in vendor sales or deployment and operations of SaaS security solutions within an MSP/MSSP
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate complex technology ideas with clarity
• Process oriented - well organized and able to focus on a multi-tasking environment
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Independent and Self learner - able to self-learn IT subjects, build demo environments to test configuration and learn new features, etc.
• Experience and familiarity with the Avanan product or market - advantage
• Must be willing to travel
