About the Role. As an Insurance Broking Sales Manager, you will lead and oversee a team of Insurance Brokers responsible for converting new business leads into long-term clients. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, ensuring team performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance, and strategic innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of Insurance Brokers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance lead conversion and revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of insurance industry experience, with at least 3 years in a Broking position. Tier 1 qualification (mandatory).
  • Strong technical knowledge of insurance products, legislative obligations, and claims processes.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and drive team performance
  • Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and business strategy.
  • Literacy in industry-relevant technology and broking systems.
