- 5+ years of insurance industry experience, with at least 3 years in a Broking position. Tier 1 qualification (mandatory).
- Strong technical knowledge of insurance products, legislative obligations, and claims processes.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and drive team performance
- Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and business strategy.
- Literacy in industry-relevant technology and broking systems.
