Are you a people-first IT support professional who values flexibility, connection, and culture just as much as technical problem-solving? We're hiring a Level 1 IT Support Officer to join a small, tight-knit team in a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation. This is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with strong potential for extension or permanency.




Work Schedule:

• Part-time: 3-4 days/week
• Office Days: Monday & Thursday (Wednesday is WFH - flexible)
• Work Hours: 7hr 35min days, flexible between 8am-6pm

What you will be doing:

• Triaging and resolving Level 1 support tickets
• Providing friendly and effective support to internal staff (approx. 85% internal/customer interactions)
• Escalating more complex issues to our MSP (Uptake Digital) or in-house tech lead
• Working within a small IT team alongside our Developer and GM of Technology
• Using Freshservice (experience preferred but not required)

About You

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine desire to help and interact with people
• Comfortable in a collaborative, respectful environment
• Some prior IT support experience preferred, but culture fit and attitude are most important
