In This Role, You Will
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and audience insights.
- Plan, schedule, and execute campaigns in collaboration with the digital, content, and PR teams.
- Brief media and creative teams to bring campaigns to life across digital, print, and paid media channels.
- Coordinate campaign content across platforms and ensure messaging aligns with brand and organisational priorities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and report on KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and production schedules with precision.
- 3+ years of marketing campaign experience, preferably with a focus on customer marketing
- Excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and adapt campaigns for impact.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—you're confident working with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Technology savvy, with proficiency across Microsoft Office suite, email deployment platforms and website CMS.
- Experience in the arts, cultural or not-for-profit sector.
- A personal passion for the performing arts and storytelling.
