The Role

As a Site Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the physical and operational aspects of construction projects. From coordinating teams to ensuring safety and compliance, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating trades, direct labour, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations on-site.
• Ensuring compliance with legislative, safety, and quality standards.
• Managing site documentation, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
• Maintaining a safe, tidy, and efficient worksite while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in site supervision or management.
• Certificate IV in Site Supervision, Site Management, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of WHS, Quality Assurance, and Environmental Management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
