About The Role
Based in our Sydney office, the role sits within the Sales Support Team and provides clerical and administrative support to the wider Sales team consisting of Business Development Managers and Account Managers. You will enhance team efficiency by alleviating a lot of administrative work, allowing the sales team to focus on maximising business performance.

About The Role
Based in our Sydney office, the role sits within the Sales Support Team and provides clerical and administrative support to the wider Sales team consisting of Business Development Managers and Account Managers. You will enhance team efficiency by alleviating a lot of administrative work, allowing the sales team to focus on maximising business performance.
The Day To Day
- Provide regular and ad-hoc logistical, operational, and administrative support to our Sales Team who are based remotely.
- Act as a key point of contact in the office for the Sales team.
- Take phone calls from travel agents and assist them with login issues on our Travel Agent Portal.
- Oversee trade brochure distribution to the team across Australia.
- Maintain the travel agent database, ensuring details are updated and accurate.
- Assist with creating and updating sales presentations.
- Source and book locations across locations for sales team activities.
- Occasionally, provide additional support, on location, at sales or industry events and expos.
- 6-12 months experience in administration or in an office environment.
- A dedicated team player with a customer-service and team-oriented work ethic.
- Proficiency in M365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills with an excellent phone manner.
- An ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders and confidence in speaking in front of audiences.
- Driver's license with access to your own car preferred, though not essential.
