About The Role

As part of our Onboard Software team, you'll contribute to developing innovative software solutions that power our world-class charging infrastructure. From recent graduates ready to launch their careers to experienced engineers seeking new challenges, we have opportunities that match your skills and aspirations.

You'll work on high-quality, high-performance software for our charging platforms, participating in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment. Our collaborative environment encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth, with opportunities to work across functional boundaries and contribute to real-world solutions that accelerate global transportation electrification.

Depending on your level, you may focus on specific feature development, lead technical design reviews, or architect system-wide solutions. About You

• Degree in computer science, software/electronics engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong programming skills and software engineering fundamentals.

Junior Engineers may be recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to grow their skills in software development, agile methodologies, and enterprise-class software products.

Mid-Level Engineers typically bring 4-8 years’ experience with software development, familiarity with agile development processes, and experience working through multiple software releases.

Senior Engineers possess deep expertise in software design and development, ability to provide technical guidance and mentoring, experience with risk assessment and project planning, and demonstrated leadership in delivering complex software solutions.
