We are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to manage all strategic inventory supporting the Perth Operations Centre and its customers. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient stock control and contributing to exceptional customer service.

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to manage all strategic inventory supporting the Perth Operations Centre and its customers. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient stock control and contributing to exceptional customer service.
What You Will Enjoy Doing
- Receive and inspect inbound spares in designated locations
- Use SAP to track material movements and maintain accurate inventory records
- Notify relevant staff of goods arrival to coordinate distribution and pick up daily parcel deliveries from the Retail Store and Gatehouse
- Load and unload shipments and notify relevant staff of goods arrival to coordinate distribution
- Conduct local store runs to support maintenance and production needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Monitor key warehouse performance metrics (inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, space utilization, productivity) and drive improvements
- Optimize inventory layout and material handling processes to improve efficiency and space utilization
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of spares.
- Ensure Stock rotation is maintained to all applicable items
- Stock take annually or cyclic counting on a regular basis (one section at a time)
- Adhere to all Safety Procedures
- Previous experience in a warehouse (required)
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work as a team member and independently without supervision
- Hold a current Forklift Licence
- Hold an EWP ticket
- Experience with the use of computers and email
- Experience with inventory management computer programs such as SAP (preferable) or similar
