Wagners are looking for an ambitious and driven candidate to join our high achieving team as Territory Sales Manager for our concrete operations in North Brisbane.
The role reports to the Concrete Sales Manager and works as part of a collaborative team known for delivering quality products and great service to a growing customer base. The sales team work hand in hand with the production and technical teams to ensure that customer experience is managed positively.
Relevant experience is valued with scope for further training and hands on learning from industry leaders.

Main Responsibilities
- Gathering market intelligence, monitoring industry trends and promoting growth
- Build relationships and identify opportunities to supply Wagners products
- Develop and maintain structured sales plans for key accounts
- Build brand loyalty and maximise business potential
- Achieving established sales KPI’s across area of responsibility
About you
- Concrete industry experience preferred but not required
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Possess flexibility, adaptability and versatility of approach to handle changing work requirements
- Ability to establish and manage working relationships with customers, management team and employees
- Be a professional self-starter with a passion for excellence in customer service and business development
