Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager - Advisory based in New South Wales, reporting directly to the CEO.
The General Manager will lead the delivery of high-quality governance and board advisory services, manage client relationships, and oversee the recruitment of directors.
They will also contribute to business development, provide strategic advice to clients, and ensure that all advisory services are delivered to the highest standards.
Qualifications
- Governance and board advisory skills, including experience in providing strategic advice and overseeing board performance
- Client relationship management and business development skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
- High standards of writing and proofing client-ready reporting
- Capability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Relevant qualifications in business, law, or a related field
- Experience in consulting or advisory roles is a plus
