This role offers the opportunity to join a high-performing internal IT team providing Level 2 and 3 support across a modern Microsoft environment.

You’ll be the go-to person for resolving complex technical issues, supporting internal staff and executives, and working closely with global support partners to maintain a reliable and secure technology environment.

Role Details

  • Location: Melbourne CBD (3/2 hybrid model)
  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (core business hours)
  • Work Type: Permanent, full time
  • End users only (not a 24/7 support role)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support across Windows 11, Intune, Azure, Citrix, and Active Directory environments
  • Support internal users globally, including executive stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot internal applications and manage device replenishment
  • Collaborate with partners across multiple time zones to resolve issues efficiently
  • Participate in daily team stand-ups and manage escalations effectively

  • Internal business applications

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience providing support in Microsoft enterprise environments
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support executive stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on service delivery and end-user experience
